Housework and childcare time of child-rearing family is very long on women. Working hours of men in child-rearing family is the longest. Housework and childcare time is particularly-long in the family has the child from 0 to 3 years old, but it is reduced in the family having the child of 3 years or older. In the attitude of the "busyness ", "child-rearing Family" has tendency to answer that is busy. Married women have a tendency to answer that "work-life balance" is difficult. In particular, the proportion of attitude of difficulties is high in "child-rearing Family".},
