 note = {目的：自身の病気や障がいを開示して働く人の病気や障がいの理解とそれに伴う体験に焦点をあて，就労継続に至るまでのプロセスを明らかにすること．
方法：病気や障がいを開示して働く10名に半構造的面接を行い，修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて分析した．
結果：病気や障がいを自己開示して働く人の就労継続に至るまでのプロセスとして，7つのカテゴリー【病名告知による感情の揺らぎ】，【自己と向き合い，社会で働くための踏み出す一歩】，【病気や障がいをもつ自分】，【職場環境づくりとしての自己開示】，【サポートを受けながら働く職場環境】，【病気や障がいを認め，サポートしてくれる人の存在】，【就労状況による家族関係の変化】が生成された．
考察：看護師は，当事者の就労へと視野を広げ，疾患理解へのサポートをしていくとともに，揺れ動きながら就労している当事者を支えていく必要がある．また，看護師をはじめとする医療機関と地域の支援者が連携して，当事者を支える環境づくりの重要性が示唆された．, Objective: We focused on the understanding of illness and disability and the experiences of those who work while having disclosed their illness or disability,and clarified the processes leading to continued employment.
Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 workers who disclosed their illness or disability, and the results were analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach.
Results: Seven categories were identified as processes leading to the continuation of employment for workers who self-disclose their illness or disability: 'Emotional turmoil due to disclosure of the illness or disability'; 'Facing oneself and taking the first step toward working in society'; 'The ill or disabled self'; 'Self-disclosure as part of creating a work environment'; 'Supportive work-place environment'; 'Presence of people who acknowledge the illness or disability and give support'; and 'Changes in family relationships due to the employment situation'.
Discussion: Nurses need to broaden their views to incorporate the employment of the people concerned, support them in understanding their illnesses, and support people with disabilities who are struggling in their employment. In addition, the results point to the importance of sharing information with community supporters regarding the issues and necessary support in the community of those affected, and to create an environment in which medical institutions and community supporters, including nurses, can work together to support the parties.},
